The RPM drops and there is a SIGNIFICANT increase in vibration when the headlights are turned on. This may be hard to explain, but I am going to try. It vibrates in waves, not quite a lope like an old motor with a cam, but its still a rythem that feels funny in the seat. It is a smoother with the lights off, but still about 500 RPM This may be a tough one to track down, it only very rarely happens.
